Research & Development Director Culinary


The R&D Culinary Director is responsible for the overall, accelerated development of new "Mercado Concept". Significant Mercado fresh initiatives; to include creation of both authentic Hispanic and “fusion food” menu items; a combination of store made and outsourced products; recipe development, culinary standards, procedures and disciplines and all store merchandising of fresh foods. This positon requires significant experience in both culinary and retail food applications with specific focus on Hispanic and Mexican regional foods.
